My name is Justin Matson. I am a sophomore at the University of Dubuque. Physical and emotional health is a big deal in my daily life. I strive to be successful when it comes to my classes. As a flight operations major, I am required to practice good time management and a strong work ethic. I chose to represent UD by joining the wrestling team where I was honored to wear the Spartan singlet. I am also in the Air National Guard at the 148th, a fighter wing where I dedicate my time to travel to drill one weekend a month and several deployments throughout the year. I have been through my battles of physical and emotional health. I remain hopeful during these times to represent the University of Dubuque to the best of my ability. My goal is to make a positive impact on this organization and spread awareness on something that is much bigger than myself. I am honored to represent the Spartans Supporting Physical and Mental Health Organization.
