I’m a senior from Danville, Illinois, and a wrestler at the University of Dubuque. Throughout my journey in wrestling and my time in the Marine Reserves, I’ve faced numerous physical and emotional challenges that have shaped my approach to health and performance. I prioritize both physical and mental well-being in every aspect of my life, from the food I eat and the sleep I get to my recovery process and daily decisions. My ultimate goal is to become a strength and conditioning coach, specializing in training collegiate wrestlers. I believe that success in athletics and life comes from a balance of discipline, resilience, and self-care. By focusing on both physical and emotional well-being, I strive to push my limits while maintaining long-term health and performance. I encourage others to focus on their health and wellbeing and to use the resources around them to fulfill these pursuits.
