2023 U.S. Greco-Roman National Team Camp at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo.
My name is Brady Koontz and I am a senior at the University of Dubuque majoring in Physical Education Teaching. I wrestle Greco-Roman for USA Wrestling events outside of the NCAA season, was on the 2023 senior world team, and wrestled at the world championships in Belgrade, Serbia. I will also be competing at the Olympic Trials on April 19th-20th. I manage my physical and emotional health by maintaining a good relationship with my peers, teammates, family and friends, as well as not being afraid to ask for help when I need it.
The biggest way that I spread positivity is being there for my peers when they need me. I try to always help someone when I can, and this helps me stay positive with myself.
