My journey is a story of determination, growth, and never giving up. Coming from Clanton, Alabama, I brought my dreams and competitive spirit to the University of Dubuque, where I continued to develop as both a student and an athlete. What started as a dream of competing at the collegiate level became a journey filled with challenges, hard work, sacrifices, and accomplishments. As a member of the Dubuque Spartans, I worked to establish myself as one of the team’s top sprinters. I competed in events like the 200-meter and 400-meter, constantly pushing myself to become faster, stronger, and better. Through countless practices, races, setbacks, and victories, I continued to believe in myself.

I also want to give a special thank you to the people who continued to believe in me even when things weren’t easy. There were times when I had to stay patient, remain focused, and trust that everything would work out, and having people around me who never stopped supporting me made a huge difference. Coming back for my senior year means a lot to me because I know how much it took to get here. I’ve learned a lot from the challenges I’ve faced, and I’m coming back stronger, more focused, and more determined than ever. I’m ready to embrace this opportunity, continue growing, and make the most of every moment. This year is about finishing strong, creating memories, reaching my goals, and making the people who have supported me proud. I’m excited for what’s ahead, and I’m grateful to have everyone who has been part of my journey standing behind me. Thank you all for believing in me, investing in me, praying for me, and continuing to show me love and support. I truly appreciate every call, message, prayer, contribution, and words of encouragement. None of it goes unnoticed. Senior year — let’s finish what we started!
